We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

Claims for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with any issues (such as incorrect items or defects), please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item. Please include a photo of the product and a brief description of the issue so we can assess your request.

If your claim is approved, you can choose between a replacement or a full refund. Replacements are shipped within 3 business days, and refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Lost Packages

If your package was lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate the issue and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund & Replacement Exceptions

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Incorrect Shipping Address: If the address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or change of mind. If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), you may place a new order at your own expense.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank or card account for any pending transactions.
  • Contact your credit card company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank: There is often some processing time before a refund appears.
